Stephanie Arciere-Ruppert
Artist in Residence

Stephanie Ruppert is a band teacher in the New Hyde Park-Garden City Park School District where she has been teaching elementary school band since 2011. Prior to working in the New Hyde Park-Garden City Park School District, Stephanie taught band in the Farmingdale School District for two years.

Mrs. Ruppert holds a Bachelor of Music Education Degree and Flute Performance from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam, as well as a Master of Music History and Performance Degree from LIU Post.

Mrs. Ruppert maintains a private flute studio and actively performs with the St. Martin of Tours orchestra in Amityville. Mrs. Ruppert teachers include Helen Campo - flute player from Broadway’s “Wicked”, Susan Deaver, Kenneth Andrews, and Kathleen Miller. Mrs. Ruppert serves as an artist in residence with the Youth Band and Honor Band. In addition, Mrs. Ruppert is a proud alumna of the Nassau-Suffolk Concert Band and Wind Symphony.
