Tickets are now on sale for the Nassau-Suffolk Performing Arts concerts. The concerts will be presented on May 3, 2014 in the Madison Theatre at Molloy College.

Tickets are $25 for adults
$15 for students and seniors (60+) with ID
Members of SCMEA and NMEA may obtain two free tickets by presenting their membership card and ID at the box office.
Members of the Nassau-Suffolk ensembles may attend the concerts with complimentary admission by visiting the box office on the day of the concert by presenting ID.
All tickets purchased online will incur a $4 fee. All tickets purchased by phone will incur a $2 fee. There is no fee for tickets purchased at the box office.

There will be a Dress Rehearsal on Saturday, May 3, 2014 for the Wind Symphony and Jazz Ensemble. Rehearsal will take place at East Meadow High School from 9:00am to 11:00am While this rehearsal was not on the original schedule, we ask that all members make every effort to attend. Any absences should be reported as soon as possible to email@example.com.
There will be no rehearsal for Concert Band, Jazz Band or Vocal Jazz on the morning of May 3. Report time for the concerts that afternoon will be announced at a later date.
There will be a Dress Rehearsal on Thursday, May 1, 2014 for the Youth Band, Honor Band, and Concert Band. Rehearsal will take place at East Meadow High School from 7pm to 8:30pm. While this rehearsal was not on the original schedule, we ask that all members make every effort to attend. Just a few reminders regarding the Nassau-Suffolk Performing Arts policies:
1. All members must register for members' email. The link can be found at the bottom left corner of our homepage. We communicate via email and it is your responsibility to check your email account.
2. SENIOR ENSEMBLES: All absences must be reported to Mrs. Korn, the Assistant Director. Speaking to your conductor about an upcoming absence is not official notification. The appropriate absence notification form can be found at nassausuffolk.org. This form can be faxed to 516 538-2787, e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to the address below.
JUNIOR ENSEMBLES: All absences must be reported to Mr. deVries, the Ensembles Manager. Speaking to your conductor about an upcoming absence is not official notification. Please use phone notification only for an unexpected or unplanned absence such as illness. UNREPORTED ABSENCES WILL NOT BE EXCUSED.
3. Seating audition information, changes in rehearsal schedule/location, weather related cancellations, and conductor comments will be sent via email and posted at nassausuffolk.org. Remember to check your email and monitor the NSPA homepage.
4. WIND SYMPHONY, CONCERT BAND, HONOR BAND and YOUTH BAND MEMBERS MUST SIGN IN UPON ARRIVAL. You will be charged an absence if you have not signed in. Arrival after the downbeat will be considered a half absence. You have only two discretionary absences per concert period. School musical commitments are excused absences only if submitted on the appropriate form.
